The state should issue guns to nurses...

    The nurses are waiting on background checks.

    There's a much simpler and cheaper solution to this. The state should issue a gun to every nursing graduate. This would force them to go through a background check. Which usually takes minutes to complete, not months. Also, the nurses would be more readily accepted in these rural areas if they came to work with their new gun on them - having more in common with their patients, thus a topic for friendly conversation.

    Colorado Legislature = Complete Morons.

    Anyone who has a neck and can breathe can already "practice nursing" in Colorado under the supervision of a Colorado licensed professional nurse. This legislation does exactly nothing.

    Then again, we are talking about the same group of liberal led morons who passed the "High Capacity" Magazine Ban back in 2012 causing Magpul and others to leave the State.
